Decking, water feature & artificial lawn - Pydew
With a blank canvas to work with, we were able to create a stunning outdoor space that met all of their requirements and more!
The customer was keen to create additional space in their garden, so we set about constructing a decked area on the bank at the rear of the property.
We began by constructing a wooden pressure-treated frame on posts to create a sturdy and durable base for the deck. We then laid composite decking on top, which not only looks great but is also low-maintenance and long-lasting.
To finish off the decking, we added glass paneling to provide safety and security while maintaining the open and airy feel of the space.
We also constructed a corner seating unit using blocks and finished it with render.
To ensure the seating area was comfortable and visually appealing, we used composite deck boards as the seat, this tied it in perfectly with the rest of the build.
For a little ambiance, we also constructed a bespoke water feature. This created a soothing sound and a tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The result is a relaxing and inviting space for the customer and their guests to enjoy.
Finally, we prepared and finished the remaining area with artificial grass to make it usable all year round. This not only looks great but also requires minimal maintenance, allowing the customer to enjoy their new outdoor space without worrying about keeping up with lawn care.
Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome of this project, and the customer was delighted with their new outdoor space.
